Develop Lazada/Shopee e-commerce business model. Based on market dynamic to develop new business opportunities in between clients & platforms.
Work closely with brands to business development. Include route market strategy, promotion plan, trading terms, CRM, accounts sell in/through/POS/inventory management etc.
Work closely with platform for an overall strategy in platform
Lead and effectively conclude annual negotiation with assigned customers
Coordinate in advance with all functions to ensure the “go to market” solutions will be successful.
Drive POS with creative thinking and innovated marketing program in e-commerce platform.
Customer relationship management through effective communication and cooperation with the Lazada/Shopee key function key person. To get platform preference resource support to us.
Data analysis. Daily analysis data to find improvement area and catch sales opportunities
Regular reporting of market intelligence, including market trend of product development, competitors’ activities, etc
What You Will Need
Candidate must process at least a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or related field.
At least 2 year experience in the sales and marketing field. 2-3 years’ E-commerce experience.
Required language(s): Fluent in English, Mandarin will be plus.

Work and cooperate with other departments to ensure that everything is ready for go-live: warehouse, customer service, business development, marketing, account, etc.
Ensure optimal product presentation and visibility on online channels
Maintain customer relationships and retain consumer satisfaction
Ensure operational performance on all areas
Oversee and make sure that all works are done correctly and effectively in a timely manner.
What You Will Need
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree from any major
Fluent in Mandarin and English
Experience in customer retail management
Knowledge of online technologies and their use in delivering customer and business benefits
Experience in running operational team and in improving business processes
Ability to develop relationships with appropriate teams regarding delivery processes
Familiar with E-commerce retail environment in local Malaysia.
Good Microsoft office skills, particularly in excel.
Support ad-hoc analytical as needed to support hypothesis development efforts
Develop custom reporting via excel and tool to provide valuable information to stakeholders and leadership.
Work with business leaders & clients in building the reporting logic that will produce analytical measures to tell the story of what is happening in the business. This requires a strong understanding of business processes and data flows.
Complete analysis on current state for defined site sections to identify opportunities for improvement and create general success metrics based upon the defined business objectives;
Create automated dashboards to measure KPIs and performs data validation;
Recommend and run A/B or multivariate tests and assess test status using statistical analysis;
Responsible for ensuring the accuracy of data and reports to ensure a high quality of standards
Minimum Requirement
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Information System or Computer Science, Math, Engineering, Operation Research, or quantitative disciplines desired or equivalent.
Experience with data analytics, with e-commerce orientation (mandatory);
Strong in Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel Excel and SQL skills.
Strong English skills, both written and spoken;
Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills, ideally developed in a commercial role preferably within an Internet or retail/consumer products business and/or management consulting;
Experience leveraging data and analytics to solve real-world problems and create new solutions;
Can change directions quickly to respond to new information and changing circumstances;
Knowledge of web development (e.g., HTML, Javascript, etc.) is a plus.
